Overview

No Spoilers Please is an AI chat application that provides access to multiple advanced AI models in one unified interface. By using the No Spoilers Please application and related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

At a Glance: We do not sell your data. Your conversations are private and encrypted. We do not use your chat data to train AI models. You own your data, and we use it only to provide the Services to you.

1. Key Definitions

• "Services": The No Spoilers Please web application and related features.
• "User Data": Your account information, chat conversations, and any content you create.
• "AI Models": Third-party AI language models (such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) that power the chat functionality.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• By using No Spoilers Please, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Data

3.1 Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership of your conversations or content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to operate the Services.

3.2 AI Model Processing

When you send a message, your conversation is sent to third-party AI model providers to generate responses. We use industry-leading providers and ensure they are bound by strict data protection agreements. Your conversations are used only to generate responses and are not used to train AI models.

3.3 No Data Sales or Training

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
• We do not share your chat data with advertisers.
• We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the Services to you.

3.4 Security and Encryption

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your conversations and personal information.

3.5 Data Deletion

You can delete individual conversations at any time. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at hey@veritable.studio.

4. The Services

4.1 What No Spoilers Please Does

No Spoilers Please allows you to:

• Chat with multiple advanced AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and more);
• Create, save, and organize conversations;
• Sync your chats across devices in real-time;
• Access your chat history securely;
• Switch between different AI models seamlessly.

4.2 AI Model Accuracy

AI models can make mistakes. Responses generated by AI models may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

4.3 No Professional Advice

No Spoilers Please is a chat tool, not a professional advisor. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Any content generated through No Spoilers Please is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional guidance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• Use the Services to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content;
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• Upload malicious content or files;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security features.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

6.1 Plans

No Spoilers Please offers free access as well as paid subscription plans. Every plan includes the same features. Paid plans provide higher usage limits. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment method is charged at the start of each renewal period.

6.3 How You Are Billed

• Purchases made on the web are billed through our payment processor, Stripe.

6.4 Managing and Cancelling

• Web subscriptions are managed and cancelled from your account settings in No Spoilers Please.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription first, or you may continue to be charged.

6.5 Refunds

Refunds for purchases made on the web are provided at our discretion. Contact us at hey@veritable.studio with any billing questions.

6.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change applies to the next billing period after the change takes effect, and we will provide notice as required.

7. Intellectual Property

No Spoilers Please and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, app design, software, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your conversations and data.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your account so you are not charged again. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you can request export or deletion of your data.
